A True Roux's Wedding



Natalie and Robert's oldest son, Matthew, got married on January 15, 2011 to his beautiful bride, Hilary. The Marbury Center was the obvious choice for their afternoon reception and every detail was perfect. Of course, Matthew, growing up in the Roux's kitchen, literally had his hands in a lot of their menu for that day! He and his bride requested their personal favorite, brisket, at the carving station. Their other menu choices were just as delicious including our house smoked salmon, a hot chocolate bar and a macaroni and cheese bar....just to name a few. The most special item we served that day was their wedding cake. Matthew wanted to make their wedding cake so with the help of Robert and Damion (our head chef) they tested many recipes, baked the cake to perfection and the Matthew personalized it.
What a beautiful day for the Roux's family!
